Shipping Policy
All perishable orders containing Amasai or Cheese (and Raspberry Lemonade SueroViv during the summer months only) are shipped in a box containing an insulated cooler and dry ice to keep your products fresh.
We ship ground from Mt. View, MO to any location FedEx ships to in the contiguous US. All orders arrive within three business days of the date they are shipped. We ship most orders (based on location) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the majority of packages arriving on Thursday or Friday of each week.
Shipping Deadline
All orders placed by 5PM CST on Monday afternoon are guaranteed to ship out that
week barring any back orders, holidays or weather delays. All order placed after
5PM CST on Monday may or may not ship out based on weekly order volume and might
be held until the following week for shipment.
Autoship orders are exempt from the 5PM CST cutoff and given priority over regular
order shipments and will be shipped on Monday–Wednesday based on location.
The map below indicates which states are two-day shipment locations and which states
are three-day shipment locations.
The charts below indicate when your product will arrive once it has been shipped.
Please review your FedEx tracking information to see when your package has left
our facility.
Orders shipping to HI or AK must be shipped FedEx 2Day or Overnight Express.
Due to shipping restrictions we do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or the
US Virgin Islands.
Delay of Shipment - If for any reason an
order must be held for a specific arrival date, please contact customer service
immediately. Customer Service will make their best effort to honor such requests
for orders that have not already shipped. Beyond Organic is not liable for autoship
or regular orders that were delivered on time but may have been compromised due
to customer's unavailability.
Business Shipping Address - if you choose
to ship to a business address, please be prepared to be open and ready to receive
your packages Monday – Friday from 8AM to 8PM local time. If your package is delivered
or a delivery was attempted within these times, Beyond Organic is not responsible
for the replacement of any perishable products that arrive on a later date due to
unavailability or business closure. For this reason, we always recommend shipping
to a residential address.
Address Discrepancies - Beyond Organic is
not held liable for any incorrect addresses. After your order is placed, please
verify the shipping address. If incorrect, please notify customer service within
24 hours. If shipping to an apartment building please note the unit number as drivers
may not leave packages unattended.
Address changes on packages with an active tracking number will be charged a $10.00
fee. Your package may be delayed and perishable items may be compromised.
Refund/Cancellation - Under no circumstances
will Beyond Organic refund/credit a refused or returned food order package without
an RMA number. Please see Beyond Organic's return
policy for proper return processing.
If a package is refused by the recipient, a $25.00 fee will be charged to customer's
account.
